Then, bake it on a stone to achieve the balance of crispiness outside and softness inside. Tomato sauce – with Italian imported tomatoes – is cooked fresh daily and we go sparingly on the toppings, to ensure the base does not become soggy and all the flavors are balanced. Pizzas are available during lunch and dinner time.
